Position description
mPharma is looking for a dynamic person with exceptionally high standards of work to join our QualityRx team as an expansion partner. He/she will be the lead spokesperson for the development of a pipeline of pharmacies that will join the QualityRx network in support of mPharma’s mission, vision, values and strategic priorities. This role will focus on the implementation of marketing and sales strategies in the field and work with relevant stakeholders as needed. This position reports to the Expansion Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage, build and manage a retail pharmacy pipeline and effectively communicate the values of mPharma and benefit from the QualityRx model.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers through the organization of supplier meetings and application of other client acquisition methodology
- Develop an annual business plan online with mPharma’s strategic missions, visions, values and priorities
- Work with the integration team to ensure seamless integration of selected facilities, initial commitments, signing contracts,through to launch mPharma services on site.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and synthesizing information.
- Preparation and revision of detailed financial analysis and sales forecast by facility to allow for appropriate selection of viable facilities.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and applying organizational standards
- Identify opportunities for developing new business with providers receptive to the adoption of the mPharma model.
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop and increase key marketing and communications materials
- Contribute to any other initiative that is critical to the business unit’s progress
- Provide information on the consumption of valuables to supply chain for monthly planning section
- Ensure a successful transition to the renovation and pre-onboarding team to maintain service and relationship.
- Achieve the installation goal and contribute to associated revenues
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop and improve key marketing, health screening, training and communication materials
- Contributes to any other initiatives that are critical to the continued success of the QualityRx service.
Our Ideal Candidate

- Strong work ethic and proactive "can do" attitude that require minimal supervision.
- Fluent in French with excellent writing, verbal, analytical, organizational skills. The ability to speak English is a plus.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
- Experience in the health field either working with multinational pharmaceutical companies, clinical establishments or other health care services
- Able to provide factual and market development advice and industry analysis
- Understanding business development initiative and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at once, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Relevant experience in sales and marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills to network with new people and develop business relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Qualification
- Diploma in Pharmacy, Sales and Marketing or any relevant information
- 4 years and more of work experience in a healthcare organization (including internships)
