WHAT YOU WILL DO
Noora Health is seeking an Associate Product Manager who will lead the development of our key digital healthcare products like a. Care Companion Mobile Service in Bangladesh - this involves developing impactful learning journeys for patients and caregivers across different condition areas. The service leverages various platforms such as chat, voice and teletraining to provide quality healthcare education. b. Health Educators Mobile App - this involves enabling Health Care Workers quickly access and record training session data as well as access learning materials via an mobile application, c. Dashboards - this involves developing meaningful visualization of the data to enable program teams and other implementation partners to gain actionable insights.
These platforms are a new focus area for us, and you will have a significant role to shape it. You will collaborate extensively with designers, engineers, medical professionals, implementation experts, and researchers to pilot and grow this product in Bangladesh. Simultaneously, you will be an early part of a growing product team at Noora, helping set team processes and culture in Bangladesh.
- Manage and support a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and medical and delivery experts to build digital healthcare products that our users want and love.
- Own product operations by executing, and utilizing design, technology, and domain expertise to support the development of the product roadmaps and the prioritization of the feature development.
- Learn and adapt product development practices and principles to build digital solutions for public healthcare.
- Apply the principles of design thinking, lean product development and agile principles for product operations and strategy.
- Collaborate with different departments and support the expansion strategies to expand our work to the last mile in Bangladesh.
- Manage all data and provide support to relevant clinical informatics and maintain and update knowledge on all required technology software
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

- 4+ years of experience with at least 2 years of experience building digital (mobile and web-based) products. Track record of managing product development process while collaborating cross-functionally.

- Entrepreneurial ability to inspire teams and drive product vision.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
