WHO WE ARE

YosAid Innovation Foundation works with health systems in India to promote innovative healthcare practices and skills among the patients and their families.

As part of this effort, YosAid has partnered with Noora Health to implement the Care Companion Program in India and support Noora Health’s mission of strengthening health systems by equipping family caregivers with the knowledge and skills to care for their loved ones.

Founded in 2014, Noora Health turns hospital hallways and waiting rooms into classrooms by tapping into the most compassionate resources available for the patient’s care: their own family.

With support from governments and partners in India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Nepal, Noora Health has trained more than 43 million caregivers and patients across 12,800+ facilities using their flagship caregiver education and training curriculum, the Care Companion Program (CCP).

In a cohort of patients, the CCP reduced post-surgical cardiac complications by 71%, maternal complications by 12%, newborn complications by 16%, and newborn mortality by 18%.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

YosAid seeks a dynamic and experienced fundraising professional to lead resource mobilization efforts across India. This role manages the full fundraising cycle from prospect identification to stewardship with a focus on building and managing relationships with high net worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of India’s philanthropic landscape and proven success in securing major gifts and corporate partnerships.

onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and HRMS
management.
○ Ensureall HRprocesses and systems are efficient, scalable, and compliant
with FCRA laws and regulations.
● EmployeeExperience:
○ Developandimplementinitiatives to enhance employee engagement,
satisfaction, and retention.
○ Addressandresolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and
effective manner.

● ComplianceandPolicyManagement:
○ Ensurecompliancewith FCRA laws, labor laws, regulations, and company
policies.
○ Develop,update, and communicate HRpolicies and procedures.
● PerformanceManagement:
○ Managetheperformanceappraisal process, including setting
performance standards, providing feedback, and facilitating performance
improvement plans.
○ Supportmanagersandemployeesinachieving their performance goals.
● TalentManagement:
○ Partnerwith the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts and
ensure a smooth candidate experience.
○ Developandimplementstrategies for talent development, succession
planning, and workforce planning.
● EmployeeRelations:
○ Buildandmaintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
○ Provideguidance andsupport on employee relations issues, including
disciplinary actions and grievances.
