ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will focus on generating actionable learning across initiatives such as Noora in a Box (NIAB), Learning Management System (LMS), Nepal programs, and any new ventures ensuring that insights from monitoring, qualitative research, and program experience are decision-relevant, shareable, and scalable.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Collaborate with relevant product and program heads across the Innovation & Learning team to prioritize key learning questions and lead the development of learning plans, specifically for NIAB, LMS, Nepal, and other relevant initiatives.
  • Collaborate and liaise with Learning Managers across countries to identify cross learning opportunities and actionable sharebacks
  • Analyze monitoring and qualitative data to document insights, inform decisions, and develop scalable program models.
  • Ensure that learning artifacts (reports, dashboards, case studies) are decision relevant and shareable across countries to facilitate cross-country learning.
  • Assist in the development of documentation guides and technical materials for Noora in a Box, by analysing and codifying learnings and user insights from multiple countries and condition areas to present an organisational overview of program components
  • Facilitate discussions, learning conversations, and feedback processes with multiple stakeholders to embed insights into program strategies and new ventures.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

This role is suitable for internal team members who bring:

  • 4–7 years of experience in learning design, monitoring & evaluation, or knowledge management.
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations and program overview documents for internal and external learning & sharing.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills to lead multi stakeholder learning conversations
  • Excellent documentation and report-writing skills to enable easy learning and communication around program learnings across teams
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a user centered mindset
  • Ability to travel to implementing countries, as required
