As growth starts from within, we’re inviting internal applications for the UI/UX Designer role. If this role sparks your interest and aligns with your career goals, we’d love for you to apply!

ABOUT THE ROLE

Mobile Care Companion (MCC) is Noora Health’s remote, mobile-based extension of the Care Companion Program that supports families over time through periodic messaging and medical executive support for inbound queries. Sustained engagement and retention on MCC drives stronger learning and recall of key health skills, improved caregiver confidence and adherence, and better long-term health outcomes.

However, MCC currently faces high drop-off rates, making it critical to design experiences that are intuitive, motivating, and easy to complete, especially for low-literacy and low-resource users. The UI/UX Designer will play a pivotal role in improving retention by designing end-to-end MCC journeys that reduce friction, build trust, and help families stay engaged long enough to learn and act on key health skills. This role will also focus on designing high-quality triage experiences when a user reaches out with a question, ensuring they receive the right guidance quickly (including escalation to medical executives and doctors when needed).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Overall, you will create MCC experiences across WA, IVRS, teletraining that support learning, engagement, triage, and action.

  • Design MCC’s end-to-end user journeys across content delivery, reminders, prompts, and assisted support.
  • Design high-quality triage experiences for inbound user queries, ensuring users get the right help (including AI-human workflows for efficient resolution).
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs that are simple, accessible, and action-oriented.
  • Conduct or support usability testing (remote and on-field), and iterate based on user feedback and product data.
  • Collaborate with Product, Content, Visual Design, Tech, and Program teams to understand user needs, painpoints, and ship high-quality experiences and iterations. Experiment with AI tools to prototype faster, explore ideas, or synthesize research and feedback.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

This role is suitable for internal team members who bring:

  • 4-7 years of experience in UX design for mobile applications or digital products.
  • Strong interaction design skills across user flows, wireframes, prototyping, and information architecture.
  • Ability to understand and map user needs and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly interactive workflows.
  • A user-first champion who loves digging into the 'why' and asking the smart questions needed to turn messy problems into great experiences.
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Experience designing for health, social impact, or caregiving contexts is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools to iterate faster or analyse complex data is preferred. Basic understanding of code/technical concepts and logic.

We encourage interested internal team members to apply and explore this opportunity to grow, collaborate across teams, and contribute to meaningful, user centered health services.
