ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will focus on driving learning projects within the India Country Team, generating actionable learning across condition areas and scaling opportunities, ensuring that insights from monitoring, qualitative research, and program experience are decision-relevant, shareable, and scalable.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
Analyze monitoring and qualitative data to document insights, inform decisions, and develop scalable program models within India
Synthesize and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
Collaborate and liaise with Learning Managers across countries to identify cross learning opportunities and actionable sharebacks
Facilitate discussions, learning conversations, and feedback processes with multiple stakeholders to embed insights into program strategies for India.
Support on documentation and insight generation from feedback activities
Partner with the rest of the functional teams including design, implementation, research, and partnerships

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Experience of 5-10 years in roles supporting program design or knowledge management
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations and program overview documents for internal and external learning & sharing.
Excellent documentation and report-writing skills to enable easy learning and communication around program learnings across teams
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work seamlessly as part of a diverse team including designers, analysts, and educators from India and overseas
This role is aimed at professionals who are strongly motivated to solve important global health challenges and are dedicated to the social and development sector and health equity
Experience working in multiple geographies (across countries) is an asset
Excellent document/report writing skills in English
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work seamlessly as part of a diverse team including designers, analysts, and educators from India and overseas
Ability to travel within India, as required
