ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW: OneSky trains communities and caregivers to provide nurturing responsive care and early education so vulnerable young children can thrive. Over the past 25 years, OneSky has trained 113,500 caregivers to improve outcomes for 377,000 young children in mainland China, Vietnam, Mongolia and Hong Kong, SAR.Job Overview: Supports training of caregivers for children from birth to six by managing the in-country development and day-to-day operation of OneSky’s multi-country digital learning platform, 1BigFamily, in Mongolia, in collaboration with the local program team and OneSky’s Distance Learning Director. Requires digital proficiency, comfort in online environments, and motivation to learn new technology and ECCE.Position: Blended Learning Coordinator, Mongolia. Reports to: Country Director, Mongolia. Functional reports to: Director of Digital Learning.Key responsibilities: Manage training platform (user management, daily operations, online/offline activities, accounts); assist training team to enhance participation on Online Engagement Platform and Facebook groups; manage online activities and learning experiences on 1BigFamily and Facebook groups; monitor posts/comments for guideline adherence; collect and organize user feedback and share with admin; drive learner engagement and sharing; apply blended learning best practices; plan and promote online/offline activities; integrate data indicators, conduct user analysis, and submit reports and optimization suggestions; manage content creation with program team (translation, creating/posting content); perform other program coordination tasks.Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in technology, education, early childhood, or related subjects preferred; knowledge of blended/distance learning platforms; experience with laptops/tablets/smartphones and willingness to learn new tools/apps; ability to manage Facebook Groups and 1BigFamily platform; basic video/picture editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere) skills; strong organizational and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and with local/international teams; interest in child development/ECCE; strong written and oral communication in English and Mongolian; strong personal learning ability; ability to use online training tools.Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary with excellent benefits; may include allowances (food, transportation, location).To Apply: Send cover letter and resume to careers@onesky.org and include the job title in the subject line.
