Organization Overview: OneSky trains communities and caregivers to provide nurturing responsive care and early education in low-resource settings across Asia.Job Overview: Support training of caregivers of children 0–6 by managing in-country development and daily operations of OneSky’s multi-country digital learning platform, 1BigFamily, in Mongolia, in collaboration with the local program team and the Distance Learning Director. Requires digital proficiency, comfort with online environments (ideally online education/knowledge platforms), motivation to learn new technology and gain ECCE proficiency to monitor and enhance blended learning and user experiences.Position: Blended Learning Coordinator, MongoliaReports to: Country Director, MongoliaFunctional reports to: Director of Digital LearningKey responsibilities: Manage training platform (user management, daily operations, activities, accounts); work with training team to enhance participation on Online Engagement Platform & Facebook groups; manage online activities and learning experiences; monitor posts/comments for adherence to guidelines; collect and organize user feedback and share with admin team; drive engagement in online communities; apply best practices in blended learning; plan and promote online/offline activities; integrate data indicators, conduct user analysis, and submit data reports/recommendations; manage content creation (translation, creating/posting training content); perform other coordination tasks.Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in technology/education/early childhood (or related) preferred; knowledge of blended/distance learning platforms; experience with laptops/tablets/smartphones and openness to new digital tools/apps; ability to manage Facebook Group & 1BigFamily platform and basic video/picture editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere); strong organizational, collaboration, coordination, and independent work skills; interest in child development/ECCE; strong written/oral English and Mongolian; strong personal learning ability; ability to use online training tools.Salary & Benefits: Competitive; excellent benefits; may include allowances (food, transportation, location).To Apply: Submit cover letter and resume to careers@onesky.org and include the job title in the subject line.
