ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW:OneSky trains communities and caregivers to provide nurturing responsive care and early education so that vulnerable young children can thrive.Job Overview:The Program Manager will be responsible for the smooth implementation and expansion of OneSky’s ICC & Orphanage Programs in Mongolia, focusing on caregivers, TOT, orphanages and the community. This includes supporting the Training of Trainers program, orphanages and delivery of the childcare training program in Mongolia.Reports to: Senior Program ManagerLocation: Family Center in 21 khoroo, Bayanzurkh district, Dari EkhResponsibilities include: contributing to program design and adaptation, selecting childcare centers and coordinating cohorts, leading training and professional development for childcare providers and orphanage staff, conducting technical training and mentoring, collaborating with MEAL for monitoring and evaluation, and overseeing day-to-day program operations (scheduling, purchasing, documentation, budgeting).
