Responsible for building and stewarding donor relationships and soliciting gifts of USD $25,000+, serving on the Global Development team.Reports to: Chief Executive OfficerLocation: Singapore-based – remote workingRole requirements: Grow and diversify individual/trust/foundation/corporate fundraising; research and identify donor prospects; solicit and secure grants annually; manage and grow fundraising program; develop/maintain high-level funder relationships; collaborate to develop and submit proposals/reports/budgets; ensure accurate/consistent messaging with Finance/Program/MEAL; develop pitch decks and collateral; deliver funder engagement benefits; use Salesforce CRM for tracking; represent OneSky at conferences/meetings/events; provide regular updates on strategies/prospects/progress/revenue; contribute to event strategy; build relationships with influencers/advocacy groups; travel up to 15%; undertake additional compatible duties.Qualifications & Skills – Required: Bachelor’s Degree; 7–10 years generating income from individual/trust/foundations/corporate partnerships; demonstrated success securing high-level funding; familiarity with Singapore fundraising landscape.
