Reports to: Country Director, VN. Co-report to: Sr. Global Program Advisor. Location: Northern, Việt Nam.Job Overview: Lead development, implementation, and quality assurance of early childhood development programs in Vietnam; emphasize curriculum research and development, training material creation, and systematic review, adaptation, and validation of educational resources; collaborate with Country Director and Global Programs to align with best practices and local context.Responsibilities: Program development & curriculum leadership; program implementation & quality assurance (coaching, mentoring, direct training); MEAL and reporting collaboration; stakeholder engagement (government, funders, partners); additional tasks including translation and support for budgeting/planning/reporting.Requirements: Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (Master’s preferred); 5+ years teaching young children (esp. infants/toddlers); 5+ years supervising/training/mentoring adults; 5+ years developing and validating educational/training materials; deep ECD knowledge; proficiency in Vietnamese and English; strong communication, leadership, and organization.To Apply: Send cover letter and resume with current remuneration and salary expectations to careers@onesky.org and anh.nguyen@onesky.org (include job title in subject).
