Reports to: Country Director, VN. Co-report to: Sr. Global Program Advisor. Location: Northern, Việt Nam. Job Overview: The Program Director is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and quality assurance of OneSky’s innovative early childhood development programs in Vietnam, with strong emphasis on curriculum research and development, training material creation, and systematic review, adaptation, and validation of resources. Responsibilities: Lead the design, adaptation, research, and improvement of curriculum and training programs; Supervise and guide program teams; Provide field-based coaching and direct training; Collaborate with MEAL on monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning; Facilitate communication among stakeholders and coordinate replication and scaling.
