Job Overview: The Program Manager will be responsible for the smooth implementation and expansion of OneSky’s ICC & Orphanage Programs in Mongolia, with a focus on working with caregivers, TOT, orphanages and the community. Reports to: Senior Program Manager. Location: Family Center in 21 khoroo, Bayanzurkh district, Dari Ekh. Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and development of OneSky’s ICC program in Mongolia and its adaptation and modification in response to feedback from monitoring and evaluation; Participate in the selection of childcare centers for participation in OneSky programs and coordinate training cohorts; Provide leadership and oversight of OneSky’s training and professional development program for childcare providers, orphanage staff; Conduct technical training and regular on-site mentoring; Work with MEAL to support monitoring, measurement and evaluation; Oversee day to day operations such as scheduling, purchasing, documentation, budgeting.
