Job Overview: The Senior Trainer is responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of OneSky Mongolia’s training programs across Family Skills, Independent Childcare (ICC), and other early childhood development initiatives. Working closely with the Program Manager, the Senior Trainer ensures that training content and approaches are aligned with OneSky’s global methodology while adapted to the Mongolian context. Reports to: Program Manager. Location: Family Center in 21 khoroo, Bayanzurkh district, Dari Ekh. Key responsibilities: Assist the Program Team to adapt and implement training programs; Deliver OneSky training programs; Conduct in-person trainings for parents, caregivers and partners; Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to trainers; Work closely with MEAL to ensure quality program delivery and accurate reporting; Coordinate training logistics and support Family Center operations.
