Reports to: Program Manager. Location: Family Center, 21 khoroo, Bayanzurkh district, Dari Ekh. Job Overview: The Community Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of programs while fostering strong relationships within the community. This position supports the Program team by coordinating day-to-day operations, maintaining organized workflows, and contributing to the successful planning and delivery of initiatives. The Coordinator acts as a central point of communication between internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Plan and coordinate activities, recruit participants, schedule and organize meetings, workshops and training; Support outreach and facilitate external relationships; Conduct registrations, surveys and other MEAL activities; Oversee the use of technology for the program team; Create and maintain program records, reports, presentations and proposals.
