Job Overview: The Digital Learning Coordinator supports the training of caregivers caring for children from birth through six years old by managing the in-country development and day-to-day operation of OneSky’s multi-country digital learning platform, 1BigFamily, in Mongolia in collaboration with the local program team and OneSky’s Distance Learning Director. Position: Digital Learning Coordinator, Mongolia. Reports to: Country Director, Mongolia. Functional reports to: Distance Learning Director. Key responsibilities: Manage the training platform (user management, daily operations, online/offline activities); Enhance participation on the Online Engagement Platform & Facebook groups; Manage online activities and learning experiences on “1 BigFamily” and Facebook groups; Monitor users’ posts and comments; Collect and organize user feedback; Integrate data indicators, conduct user analysis, and submit reports; Manage content creation with the program team.
