Organization overviewOneSky trains communities and caregivers to provide nurturing responsive care and early education so that vulnerable young children can thrive.Job OverviewThe Senior Trainer is responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of OneSky Mongolia’s training programs across Family Skills, Independent Childcare (ICC), and other ECD initiatives. The role strengthens the capacity of parents, caregivers, childcare providers, and trainers through high-quality training, mentoring, and coaching to promote responsive caregiving and early learning for young children. Works closely with the Program Manager to align content with OneSky’s global methodology and the Mongolian context; contributes to program quality by collaborating with MEAL and partners; based at the Family Center working directly with children aged 0–6 and their families.Reports to: Program ManagerLocation: Family Center in 21 khoroo, Bayanzurkh district, Dari Ekh
