OneSky trains communities and caregivers to provide nurturing responsive care and early education so that vulnerable young children can thrive.Job Overview:The Digital Learning Coordinator supports the training of caregivers caring for children from birth through six years old by managing the in-country development and day-to-day operation of OneSky’s multi-country digital learning platform, 1BigFamily, in Mongolia, in collaboration with the local program team and OneSky’s Distance Learning Director. Requires digital proficiency, comfort with online environments, and motivation to learn new technology and ECCE concepts to monitor platform use, enhance blended learning and mentoring, encourage user participation, improve user experience, and respond to support requests.Reports to: Country Director, Mongolia | Functional reports to: Distance Learning DirectorKey responsibilities: platform and user management, moderating online communities, collecting and sharing user feedback, driving engagement, organizing online/offline activities, data analysis and reporting, and managing content creation with the program team.
