Reports to: Country Director, VN | Co-report to: Sr. Global Program AdvisorLocation: Northern, Việt NamJob Overview:The Program Director leads the development, implementation, and quality assurance of OneSky’s early childhood development programs in Vietnam. The role emphasizes curriculum research and development, training material creation, and systematic review, adaptation, and validation of educational resources and training programs. Collaborates with the Country Director and Global Programs Team to align programs with international best practices and the Vietnamese ECE landscape.Responsibilities include: (1) Program Development & Curriculum Leadership; (2) Program Implementation & Quality Assurance; (3) MEAL and Reporting; (4) Stakeholder Engagement; and (5) Additional responsibilities including occasional translation and support to budgeting, planning, and reporting.
