Position: Administrative Manager, MN. Reports to: Country Director, MN. Direct Report: Operations Coordinator. Job Overview: The Administrative Manager plays a central role in ensuring smooth internal operations, effective internal communication, and strong administrative systems across the organization, and provides high-level executive support to the Country Director. The position also oversees office administration, documentation systems, and operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, safeguarding standards and global compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities include: office administration (registrations, licenses, visas and logistics, permits, events), developing/administering policies and documentation systems, maintaining filing systems (e.g., MS Teams), preparing required documents and reports, executive support and scheduling for the Country Director, coordinating meetings and follow-up, preparing monthly organizational reports, vendor management, office supply chain and asset management, facilities coordination, and supervising acquisition/maintenance of IT equipment under procurement policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Management/Communications or related; 3–5 years administration/operations/office management; strong organizational/project management skills; MS Office/Teams proficiency; experience in nonprofits/international organizations; English is a must.
