Reports to: External Relations and Partnerships Director, Mongolia. Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Job Overview: Ensure OneSky effectively communicates the progress and impact of its work in Mongolia through written materials, visual assets, and media, aligned with global branding guidelines; support and build relationships with partners, donors, prospective funders, and stakeholders; serve as Mongolia point of contact to gather information and data for reports, stories and content. Responsibilities include: support cultivation/stewardship of relationships; ensure alignment and high-quality communications materials; collaborate to grow funding relationships; coordinate accurate messaging across teams; gather inputs for reports/proposals; develop/execute content strategy; manage media inquiries; write/edit stories, social posts, scripts, donor communications; manage editorial calendar; and other duties as needed. Requirements: Min 5 years relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree; proficiency in English and Mongolian; experience with corporate/government; INGO or social sector a plus; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work across time zones; culturally aware.
