Job Summary: Oversee data collection, data quality assurance, information management, and reporting for monitoring OneSky Vietnam programs. Support Global MEAL leadership to ensure high-quality field data collection and aggregation across Vietnam; conduct advanced data analysis; implement/strengthen data systems; produce analytical reports and visualizations. Coordinate process evaluations; design/lead qualitative methods (FGDs, KIIs); facilitate learning sessions; refine tools/methodologies; manage digital platforms and databases; supervise MEAL Manager. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Statistics/CS/Social Sciences/International Development/Economics or related; formal training in statistics/M&E/data management desirable; 7+ years MEL experience (preferably in ECD); strong quantitative/qualitative analysis (SPSS/Stata; Dedoose or similar); experience with Kobo/ODK; dashboards (Power BI); advanced Excel; Vietnamese and English fluency.
