Job Overview: Responsible for smooth implementation and expansion of OneSky’s ICC & Orphanage Programs in Mongolia, focusing on caregivers, Training of Trainers, orphanages, and community. Duties include: designing/adapting ICC program; selecting childcare centers; leading training and professional development for providers/orphanage staff; on-site mentoring and monitoring; creating supportive learning environments; contributing to training materials; working with MEAL to improve quality and reporting; coordinating replication/scaling; collaborating on blended learning; operations (scheduling, purchasing, documentation, budgeting); planning trainer PD; contributing to budgets and donor reports. Reports to: Senior Program Manager. Location: Family Center in 21 khoroo, Bayanzurkh district, Dari Ekh. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Social Science/Psychology/Sociology/Human Services (Master’s preferred); subject-matter expertise in child protection/welfare, orphanages/foster/alternative care; knowledge of Mongolian laws/regulations; 5+ years working with young children/parents; 3+ years supervising/mentoring; English proficiency.
