Job Overview: Design, deliver, and continuously improve OneSky Mongolia training programs across Family Skills, Independent Childcare (ICC), and other ECD initiatives. Strengthen capacity of parents, caregivers, childcare providers, and trainers via training, mentoring, and coaching; align with OneSky’s global methodology and Mongolian context; develop training materials; support trainers and partners; collaborate with MEAL; engage stakeholders; work directly with children 0–6 and families at the Family Center. Reports to: Program Manager. Location: Family Center in 21 khoroo, Bayanzurkh district, Dari Ekh. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in early childhood education or related; 5+ years with young children/parents or childcare settings; knowledge of Mongolian child protection/welfare regulations; professional English; adult training facilitation; mentoring experience; strong communication; MS Office; willingness to travel as needed.
