Job Overview: Support training of caregivers (birth–6) by managing in-country development and day-to-day operation of OneSky’s 1BigFamily digital learning platform in Mongolia in collaboration with local program team and Distance Learning Director. Responsibilities: platform user and daily operations management; manage/engage Online Engagement Platform & Facebook groups; monitor posts; collect/categorize/share user feedback; foster active participation; apply digital learning best practices; plan/execute online/offline activities; analyze user data and report/optimize; manage content creation (translation and posting); support program coordination tasks. Position: Digital Learning Coordinator, Mongolia. Reports to: Country Director, Mongolia. Functional: Distance Learning Director. Qualifications: Bachelor’s preferred (technology/education/early childhood/related); knowledge of digital/distance learning platforms; experience with laptops/tablets/smartphones and new tools/apps; ability to manage Facebook Groups & 1BigFamily; basic video/picture editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere); strong organization; collaboration; independent and team work; interest in child development; strong English and Mongolian communication; ability to use online training tools.
