Reports to: Country Director, VN. Co-report to: Sr. Global Program Advisor. Location: Northern, Việt Nam. Job Overview: Lead development, implementation, and quality assurance of OneSky’s early childhood development programs in Vietnam, emphasizing curriculum research and development, training material creation, and systematic review/adaptation/validation of resources and programs. Responsibilities: program development & curriculum leadership; localizing curriculum and training materials; working with experts on lesson plans/modules/resources; supervising and guiding program teams; coaching/mentoring trainers; sustaining program quality via monitoring and continuous improvement; collaborating with MEAL for data and reporting; stakeholder engagement with OneSky Global, government partners, funders; coordinate replication/scaling; translate materials occasionally; assist in budgeting/planning/reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (Master’s preferred); 5+ years teaching young children (infants/toddlers); 5+ years supervising/training/mentoring adults; 5+ years researching/writing/reviewing/validating curriculum/materials; deep ECD best-practice knowledge; Vietnamese and English proficiency; strong leadership and organizational skills.
