Reports to: Chief Executive Officer. Location: Singapore or Hong Kong. Job Overview: Manage individual, corporate and foundation giving across Asia (primary focus Singapore and Hong Kong); build and steward donor relationships; solicit gifts of USD $25,000+; oversee pipeline of funders; serve on Global Development team. Role Requirements: grow/diversify fundraising and partnerships across Asia; research and identify prospects; solicit and secure grants/investments; maintain high-level relationships; collaborate on proposals/reports/budgets; ensure accurate messaging with Finance/Program/MEAL; develop compelling pitches/collateral; ensure benefits/deliverables met; use Salesforce CRM; represent OneSky at conferences/meetings/events; provide regular updates; contribute to event strategy; travel up to 25%. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years generating income from foundations/corporates; success securing high-level funding across Asian markets; strong understanding of philanthropic landscape in Singapore, Hong Kong and broader Asia; cross-cultural stakeholder management; preferred: senior-level experience, project management, Salesforce NPSP or similar, commitment to early childhood education and care.
