With reform of the childcare system, including amendment of the childcare law, under discussion, OneSky is commissioning a Landscape Review of Childcare in Mongolia... OneSky in collaboration with MFLSP and GACFDP is seeking a consultant(s) to develop a Landscape Review of approximately 60-65 pages that summarizes the current state of independent childcare services in Mongolia... The consultancy is expected to take place between August 20, 2026 – February 20th, 2027. Interested consultants (individuals or organizations) should present a CV, cover letter noting their daily rate and research expenses, availability and an example of their work (in English or Mongolian) to careers@onesky.org no later than July 30, 2026.
