Organization Overview: OneSky improves outcomes for vulnerable young children through nurturing care and early education.Job Summary: Oversee data collection, quality assurance, information management, and reporting for OneSky Vietnam programs; support global MEAL leadership; conduct advanced data analysis; strengthen data systems; produce analytical reports; coordinate process evaluations; design and conduct qualitative data collection (FGDs, KIIs); facilitate learning sessions to improve tools, methods, and effectiveness.Reporting: Reports to Deputy Country Director; technical line to Global Head of MEAL; supervises MEAL Manager.Key Areas: Monitoring systems strengthening and MEAL coordination; advanced data analysis and evidence generation; process evaluation and adaptive management; learning and continuous improvement; data collection tools/systems and management; reporting and documentation; team management; other duties including weekly coordination with global MEAL.Requirements: Bachelor’s in relevant field (e.g., Statistics, CS, Social Sciences, Intl Dev, Economics); formal training in stats/M&E/research/data management preferred; 7+ years MEL experience (ECD preferred); strong quantitative and qualitative analysis (SPSS/Stata, Dedoose or similar); experience with qualitative methods integration; database and digital data collection platforms (Kobo, ODK/ONA); data visualization (Power BI); advanced Excel; fluency in Vietnamese and English.
