Job OverviewThe Senior Trainer is responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of OneSky Mongolia’s training programs across Family Skills, Independent Childcare (ICC), and other early childhood development initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening the capacity of parents, caregivers, childcare providers, and trainers through high-quality training, mentoring, and coaching that promote responsive caregiving and early learning for young children. Reports to: Program Manager. Location: Family Center in 21 khoroo, Bayanzurkh district, Dari Ekh.
