Job Overview: The Senior Trainer designs, delivers, and continuously improves OneSky Mongolia’s training programs across Family Skills, Independent Childcare (ICC), and other ECD initiatives. Strengthens the capacity of parents, caregivers, childcare providers, and trainers through high-quality training, mentoring, and coaching, ensuring alignment with OneSky’s methodology adapted to the Mongolian context. Reports to: Program Manager. Location: Family Center in 21 khoroo, Bayanzurkh district, Dari Ekh.
