KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with technical product managers, business owners and technical leads to gain full understanding of business requirements, product features, and engineering development process
  • Develop program plans, coordinating with cross functional teams to manage, sequence dependencies, and coordinate release planning.
  • Communicate effectively to maintain team alignment, provide regular updates to the execution team.
  • Facilitate issue resolution, ensuring radical transparency and effective expectation management at all levels

REQUIREMENTS

  • Any graduate/post-graduate with 9+ years of overall experience
  • Demonstrated professional experience in the capabilities below over the last 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience facilitating communication, tailoring processes, empowering the team to reach its potential, removing impediments, and creating and maintaining the conditions that allow the team to successfully accomplish its mission
  • Direct work experience within Consumer Banking, Consumer Lending or Fintech industry.
  • You exemplify laser-focus on delivery of results and commitments, while also holding others accountable for the commitments they have made
  • Solid, reliable judgment and ability to make effective risk-value decisions under ambiguous or difficult circumstances
  • You mobilize, guide, influence, and motivate teams—including business partners and executive sponsors—to forge a high-impact delivery competency
  • You are comfortable driving accountability of team members that consist of executives, business owners, engineers and product managers alike
  • You show critical thinking ability to decompose complex problems and chart a course to action
  • You bring a proven track record of shipping value in a timely manner with ability to align on OKRs and execute
  • You proactively identify scope, people and organizational problems and provide well-thought-out solutions to tackle them
  • You have an insatiable appetite for learning new things, improving existing ones and you cultivate that same appetite in your teams
  • You have a proven, demonstrated capability to work with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools
  • Adherence to policies, standards, and frameworks. (e.g. SDLC, Change Management, Risk & Security)
  • Ability to exert significant discretionary effort with setting your own direction and agenda to achieve broad goals assigned to you
  • You identify personally with the success of the project or program
