RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement Workday Prism Analytics functionality

• Build and maintain prism data pipelines

• Design and implement data solutions

• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns for large data sets

• Build and maintain Workday Reports for Prism Analytics, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports

• Review Workday updates and releases cycles – Identify, recommend, and track opportunities for process and operational improvements

• Assist in the development of business-specific and/or application-level approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and offering postproduction support

• Liaise with Internal/External Audit regarding SOX and internal controls related matters

• Manage day to day system/operations issues and set priorities for resolution

• Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements

• Support Workday users by troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and assisting in the creation of documentation as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science Computer Engineering or related fields

• 4-5+ years’ overall industry experience

• 1-2 years’ professional experience supporting a Finance/Accounting organization

• Knowledge of Prism pipeline development and data preparation in Workday Prism Analytics a plus

• Experience in creating Workday Reports

• Ability to read and write SQL queries

• Strong ETL concepts, processes, and business objects data services experience • Demonstrated analytical skills

• Experience with complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects in addition to understanding core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods a plus

• Ability to effectively design scalable solutions to meet business needs and system configuration

• Workday Financial Partner Certification(s) a plus

• Workday Pro Certification(s) in a relevant track a plus
