To drive this mission we are seeking a Government Partnership & Public Policy Officer to carry forward this critical role and ensure smooth collaboration with policymakers. This role is essential to bridging PAI’s business interests with government strategies, creating a positive impact on agriculture and beyond.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in government relations, public policy, or partnership management
  • Familiarity with government processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong coordination and project management abilities
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented, with a focus on driving meaningful impact
  • Familiarity with policy research tools is a plus

What will you do?

  • Identifying and Analyzing Issues Conduct research on the regional government’s vision and mission, aligning the issues with our business interests, and deliver data-driven analysis to support informed discussions with the government.
  • Policy Brief Development Draft policy briefs that align with strategic issues and government needs.
  • Strategic Analysis & Government Advocacy Identify stakeholders and their roles in policy formulation, facilitate communication and coordination between the Government and PAI, and ensure policy briefs lead to actionable regional policies.
  • Program Evaluation & Presentation Organize events for program evaluation and final reporting with the government and partners, presenting program outcomes and policy briefs to ensure alignment on results and future recommendations.
