What will you do?
As a Customer Success, your role is to make sure our products create real value for customers and leave a lasting positive impact.
- Product Marketing : You’ll match the right products to each customer’s needs, set up product trials, and help them feel the real benefits from using our solutions.
- Customer Relations & Networking: You’ll stay close with customers, understand what’s happening on the ground, and grow your network with people who can open new opportunities.
- After-Sales Activities: You’ll organize product refreshers or training sessions to make sure everyone from managers to spray workers knows how to use our products right and feels fully supported.
Who are we looking for?
- Someone who has knowledge and skills in agriculture (a degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Protection, or similar fields
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable in weed management and pest management
- Resilient and enthusiastic about tackling field challenges
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating field conditions
- Skilled negotiator, comfortable handling diverse perspectives
- Comfortable working with Excel, Sheets, and creating simple reports
- Loves spending time with partner and building meaningful connections
- Great at time management and knows how to prioritize tasks
- Humble and adaptable, respects different habits, thoughts, values, and cultures ‘
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Area (and excited to explore the region)
