Stakeholder Engagement at Pandawa Agri Indonesia

The Why

At Pandawa Agri Indonesia (PAI), we’re on a mission to empower growers through high-quality, affordable, and innovative agricultural solutions. We believe that a healthier environment and better farmer livelihoods can go hand in hand—and that’s the future we’re working toward every day.

As we continue to grow, so does the network of people we work with. From farmers and communities to local governments and partners, our stakeholders have become more diverse, dynamic, and essential to the way we operate. Each brings their own background, culture, and way of working—which makes collaboration exciting, but also more complex.

To keep those connections meaningful and strong, we realize we need someone in Stakeholder Engagement—someone who can help us listen better, communicate clearly, and grow together with our stakeholders. This role will play a big part in making sure partnerships stay warm, respectful, and impactful. That’s why this position truly matters to us.

As a Stakeholder Engagement, you’ll be the friendly face of PAI in many important conversations, helping bridge different perspectives and keeping the spirit of collaboration alive. If you’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, finding common ground, and creating meaningful impact through strong relationships—this could be the role for you.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people and can bring warmth, clarity, and balance into every interaction. If this sounds like you, let’s take a look:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in any field—preferably and point plus if you are from the Agriculture field.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, community development, or partnership-related roles.
  • Great at building and maintaining strong relationships—with everyone from farmers to policymakers.
  • Comfortable working in community-based settings and skilled at bridging diverse voices and needs.
  • Able to handle conflicts or relationship challenges with wisdom, empathy, and fairness.
  • Has excellent interpersonal communication and knows how to listen actively.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and always open to new perspectives.
  • Humble, adaptable, and able to work across different cultural and social backgrounds.
  • Has a valid driving license and is open to traveling to various locations.
  • Committed to being based in Banyuwangi
  • Plus point if you’re a local talent who knows the community well!

What will you do?

  • Stakeholder Engagement

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders—including farmers, local communities, government agencies, and others—through open, two-way communication that supports program success.

  • Field Support

You will support the field team in communicating effectively with stakeholders and representing PAI on the ground, ensuring that all field activities align with engagement goals and contribute to the overall success of the program.

  • Conflict Resolution

You will identify stakeholder-related issues or challenges in the field and propose thoughtful, effective solutions, while serving as the key liaison in resolving conflicts between PAI and its partners through a balanced and empathetic approach.
