Quality Control Officer at Pandawa Agri Indonesia
The Why
At Pandawa Agri Indonesia (PAI), we’ve always believed that great things are built on trust and a sincere commitment to quality. As we continue to grow and expand our impact, we are raising the bar for our quality management systems. We recognize that to truly thrive and reach our full potential, we need to strengthen our focus on data reliability and system development. We are moving beyond just following procedures; we are looking to build a robust quality culture that supports PAI’s long-term vision.
We are looking for someone to help us transform our Quality Control from simply following procedures into a strategic driver of our shared goals. It’s a journey that comes with its own set of honest challenges: the work requires immense patience and an eye for the smallest details, even when tasks feel repetitive. Since we are still building our laboratory facilities, you’ll need to be resourceful and resilient, especially when handling tough feedback or navigating quality investigations. It’s a role that demands a heart for service—knowing that every small detail you check ensures we keep our promise to the growers who rely on us.
What Will You Do?
In this role, you will be the guardian of our quality standards. You won’t just be following rules; you’ll be helping us build them.
- Quality Control Standards & SOP
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of QC SOPs to ensure consistent product quality. - Quality Control Execution
Perform quality control for incoming materials, in-process production, and final products in line with approved standards. - QC Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze QC test data, identify quality trends or deviations, and prepare clear QC reports to support quality improvement. - QC Documentation & Traceability
Maintain accurate QC documentation, including test results and batch records, to support traceability and audit readiness. - Quality Investigation, Calibration & Collaboration
Support investigations of non-conforming products, plan and monitor QC equipment calibration to ensure data accuracy, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements.
Who Are We Looking For?
We value humility, a collaborative spirit, and a sincere passion for quality.
- Holds at least a D3 degree in Statistics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in Quality Control (especially if you come from agrochemicals, FMCG, or process-based manufacturing).
- Experience in QC for incoming materials, in-process checks, and final products.
- A “data person” who can spot trends and share findings clearly with the team.
- Good understanding of GMP & GLP, and able to apply them in daily QC work.
- Familiar with QC documentation (SOPs, test reports, and batch records).
- Someone who actually enjoys the “little things”—the details, the precision, and the careful work that others might overlook.
- A true team player who is happy to work across departments to improve our shared goals.
- Familiar with QC equipment and instrument calibration.
- Willing to be placed at our Head Office in Banyuwangi (and excited to grow with us there!).
