The Impact & Performance Management Manager will play a critical role in helping Peepul achieve measurable improvements in teaching and learning at scale. The role will strengthen program quality and delivery effectiveness by designing and driving performance management systems that enable data-driven decision-making, cross-state execution, and continuous improvement.
In addition to supporting program delivery, the associate/analyst will contribute to Peepul’s organizational strategy—helping prepare for future growth through new state entry, stronger internal systems, and enhanced cross-state learning.
This is a high-ownership role that combines analysis, problem-solving, and on-ground execution. It is well-suited to individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, want to bridge strategy with delivery, and are motivated by the challenge of systemic education reform.
