As our Inventory Operations Accountant, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our stock and assets, ensuring every item is accurately tracked, reconciled, and reported. You’ll be the link between finance, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams — driving clear, reliable inventory and asset records that support sound financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee monthly stock counts, reconciliations, and investigate variances.
Reconcile inventory records across systems (warehouse, EMR, Xero).
Monitor stock movement, COGS, and maintain clear audit trails.
Support month-end close, financial reporting, and audit schedules.
Maintain an accurate Fixed Assets Register and ensure timely updates.
Perform regular spot checks and audits to strengthen internal controls.
Collaborate closely with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams.
Lead by example in promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Experience & Personal Attributes.
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
CPA-K / ACCA and 3+ years in inventory/operations accounting.
Experience in FMCG, healthcare, or supply chain environment.
Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets, ERP systems, and BI tools.
Strong reconciliation and variance analysis skills.
High integrity, detail-oriented, and good communicator.
