ABOUT PENDA HEALTH
Penda Health is an award-winning, innovative healthcare company dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and trustworthy care to every patient we serve. Our vision is for everyone in Africa to have healthcare they can trust — care that is accessible, reliable, and centred on people.
Today, our team of 500+ passionate professionals proudly operates 20 Medical Centres across Nairobi, Kiambu, and Kajiado Counties, offering a wide range of outpatient and diagnostic services.
Our dental units are housed within our medical centres — giving you the benefit of a multidisciplinary team, referral pathways, and a fully resourced clinical environment. As we continue to expand, we are building a dental team that grows with us.
At Penda, our culture is built on a place where our people grow, our patients feel valued, and our communities thrive — because we're Here When It Matters.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Quality dental care in Kenya has too often been a luxury — something people put off until pain forces them into a chair. We're changing that.
We run 7 dental units embedded within our medical centres across the Nairobi metropolitan area, and we're still growing. Our patients aren't walk-in strangers — they're families who already trust Penda with their healthcare, and they need dentists who bring both clinical excellence and genuine warmth to the chair.
And here's the part that matters if you're a dentist balancing multiple commitments: this role is deliberately part-time. Whether you're building a private practice, pursuing further studies, or simply want meaningful clinical work on a schedule that fits your life — we've designed this role for you.
WHERE YOU WILL WORK
Our dental units are located at:
- Kitengela
- Umoja 1
- Kimathi Street – CBD

- Perform a range of clinical dental procedures to restore and maintain oral health.
- Provide Patient-Centred education on preventive care and oral hygiene.
- Work alongside COHOs and the broader clinical team — your expertise lifts the whole unit, not just your chair.
