Job Summary: The Senior Human Resource Officer is a key deliverer of operational human resource
management including planning, resourcing, and coordination of the entire HR function at
schools through participating directly, providing information and guidance for decision making
to school leadership and staff in the school network.
Purpose: Working with the School Network team to provide HR support and expertise to school Leaders
and staff whilst driving improvements to deliver HR operational excellence across the school
program
