PEAS Zambia is hiring a Head of Operations to join our senior leadership team and help expand access to quality secondary education in underserved communities. This strategic and operational leadership role supports the Country Director to drive excellence across finance, procurement, construction, HR, IT, and school operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the Operations team and contributing to overall strategy
• Overseeing financial planning, risk management, budgeting, audits, and donor reporting
• Managing construction projects and procurement processes to deliver value for money
• Driving operational excellence and sustainability across PEAS’ school network
• Supporting HR strategy, DEI priorities, and IT infrastructure

Who we’re looking for:

• Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business (plus ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• 8+ years’ experience in financial or operational leadership, ideally in NGOs
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills
• Commitment to PEAS’ mission, inclusion, and integrity
