We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Office Services Associate to help us keep our spaces running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Whether it’s fixing a faulty light, helping relocate an office, or ensuring our warehouse equipment is in top shape, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that makes sure our teams can do their best work. If you're someone who takes pride in solving problems, keeping things organized, and making environments better for everyone—this role is for you.

Once You’re Here, You Will:

• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance across our head office, branch offices, and warehouse facilities.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly, including electrical, plumbing, and structural issues. Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs when needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment, fixtures, and power systems.
• Support office moves, power supply installations, and setup of basic warehouse equipment.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts; restock as needed across locations.
• Ensure that all office and warehouse facilities comply with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Must-Haves

• Background in engineering or equivalent experience
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in facility or building maintenance.
• Proficient with tools and knowledgeable in basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Organized, reliable, with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently
