The Contact Center Team delivers excellent customer service across all digital channels to rural farmers and communities. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a key role in the Contact Center team and will be responsible for providing technical guidance on pest and disease control, introducing our farming products and services, and helping to maintain a high standard of customer service across all platforms.

You will also be involved in various phases of digital operations projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support efforts.

Once You’re Here, You Will:

• Monitor and respond to customer’s questions and complaints in a timely manner via Yetagon hotline and social media channels (facebook,messenger & viber).
• Engaging in active listening with customers, responding efficiently and accurately through hotline or social media channels to service our customers needs and provide effective solutions to their inquiries
• Involve and assist in the Yetagon products and services introduction: explain the detailed product information to the customer and refer the customer to the nearest branch office or dealer shop for potential purchase
• Give advice on pest and disease control/tele agronomy service of the contact center team and initiate service follow-up to our customers via phone call
• Collaborate and work with multiple teams on improving the service flow and expansion of new products and crops
• Agricultural techniques and product information will be continuously learned for new crops expansion and provide effective knowledge to our customers

Must-Haves:

• Must be a graduate from an agricultural university or institute
• Experience in handling phone conversations with farmers
• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication and active listening abilities
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Workspace (G-Suite)
• Self-motivated, enjoy challenges and able to work effectively under pressure
• Open-minded and eager to learn and explore new areas, including agriculture, operations, digital tools and data literacy
