As Commercial Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling our sales and dealer teams through both strategic marketing initiatives and practical sales enablement tools. You will lead the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and social media, while also overseeing the production and distribution of high-quality sales collateral that supports the full dealer and direct sales cycle.
This role requires a balance of strategic vision and operational excellence: from developing and optimizing marketing strategies to managing print production, coordinating vendors, and gathering field insights. Once You’re Here, You Will
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies that align with both dealer and direct sales, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital, print, events, and social media.
- Lead the creation and rollout of sales support materials such as brochures, sales kits, pricing sheets, POS tools, and field guides, ensuring they are effective, brand-consistent, and practical for on-the-ground use.
- Oversee the end-to-end production cycle of print materials, from content coordination and design through vendor management, procurement, and timely delivery, while maintaining cost efficiency and quality.
- Build and maintain clear systems and processes for planning, approvals, and distribution to ensure marketing initiatives and materials are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Travel regularly to dealer and field locations to observe material usage, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships, using these insights to refine campaigns and improve relevance and usability.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, finance, content, and creative teams to align on needs, priorities, and timelines, ensuring all efforts support the broader marketing and sales strategy.
- Track and analyze performance, ROI, and dealer engagement to identify gaps and opportunities, using data-driven insights and field feedback to continuously improve tools, messaging, and marketing effectiveness.

About Proximity
Proximity Designs is tackling globally important issues at the nexus of climate change, deep poverty, food insecurity, and inequality. We do this by helping hundreds of thousands of rural people care for their soils, grow more food, earn better incomes and build resilience against climate change. We address a critical government and market failure, by designing and delivering products and services needed to make farming families more productive, profitable and environmentally sustainable. We offer our low-income customers a suite of innovative and affordable farm solutions such as micro-irrigation systems, bio-fertilizers and bio-pesticides, and on-call crop protection services.
Over the past 20 years, we’ve generated USD 782 million in additional income for 1.2 million poor farming households across rural Myanmar. With this income increase, farmers can invest in their future: education for their children, more nutritious food, better healthcare and investments in their farms or other village enterprises.
