The Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and supporting the financial health of the organization. This position requires strong accounting knowledge, ERP software experience, and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Once You’re Here, You Will:

• Monitor, maintain and update accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and recordkeeping for transparency and accountability.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Maintain and update balance sheet schedules for fixed assets, prepayments, and accruals.
• Manage and monitor inventory control, ensuring accurate recording, valuation, reconcile and reporting of stock movements through the ERP system.
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants, strengthening the team’s technical skills and professional growth.
• Manage ERP accounting system functions and ensure proper usage across the team.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (Professional qualifications such as LCCI Level 3 or ACCA Part-1 are preferred.)
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting/ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
