Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Leader is responsible for shaping and driving Rocket Learning’s talent acquisition strategy to support the organisation’s growth and impact across India. The role partners closely with senior leadership to plan hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and enable hiring at scale.
This role will focus on strengthening recruitment systems, improving hiring practices, and building a strong employer brand, while leading the Talent Acquisition team to deliver consistent and high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Define and drive Rocket Learning’s talent acquisition strategy aligned with organisational priorities
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities across functions
Lead hiring for senior leadership and mission-critical roles
Build sustainable talent pipelines by developing and activating diverse hiring channels and initiatives across functions and regions
Strengthen recruitment systems, tools, and processes to support scale
Strengthen Rocket Learning’s employer brand and talent outreach efforts
Use recruitment data, market insights, and trends to improve hiring outcomes and support decision-making
Build, lead, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, while ensuring consistent hiring standards and a high-quality candidate experience
Partner with the People & Culture team to strengthen and scale recruitment practices and new hire experience.
Requirements
Required Skills & Background
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience : 6–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, 2-4years experience managing hiring strategy or teams
