Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate leads hiring for complex and high-priority roles across Rocket Learning. The role works closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to ensure effective hiring outcomes and strong talent pipelines.The Senior Associate also focuses on strengthening sourcing strategies, improving recruitment practices, and supporting the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment for complex or strategic roles across teams

  • Design sourcing strategies to reach specialised talent pools

  • Partner with hiring managers on hiring plans and evaluation frameworks

  • Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines

  • Analyse hiring data and identify opportunities to improve recruitment outcomes

  • Support improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and documentation

  • Mentor and guide junior team members in sourcing and screening

  • Manage recruitment partnerships and support campus hiring initiatives

  • Contribute to employer branding and talent outreach efforts

  • Champion a consistent and thoughtful candidate experience

  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to strengthen hiring processes, policies, and recruitment practices as the organisation grows.


Requirements

Required Skills & Background

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

Skills

  • Advanced sourcing and talent mapping capability

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills

  • Ability to manage complex hiring processes

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capability

  • Analytical approach to recruitment data and hiring trends

Languages

Fluency in English. Working knowledge of Hindi or any regional language is an advantage
