Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate is part of the People & Culture team and supports end-to-end recruitment across Rocket Learning. The role works closely with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring, smooth recruitment processes, and a positive candidate experience.

The Associate is responsible for sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, and supporting effective hiring coordination to help attract talent aligned with Rocket Learning’s mission.

Key Results

  • Timely closure of approved roles with qualified candidates

  • Strong pipelines and quality shortlists for open and recurring roles

  • Smooth and consistent hiring processes across teams

  • Positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

  • Accurate recruitment data, trackers, and hiring reports

  • Effective use of ATS and HR systems to support recruitment operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles from role briefing to offer rollout

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities and support them in understanding recruitment processes and tools

  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networks and various channels.

  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and feedback processes

  • Manage offer rollout and joining coordination

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring roles

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and candidate records

  • Support campus hiring, recruitment partnerships, and other hiring initiatives

  • Contribute to employer branding and talent outreach efforts

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.

  • Work closely with the People & Culture team on onboarding coordination, hiring documentation, and improving recruitment processes.


Requirements

Required Skills & Background

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

  • Experience working with ATS or recruitment platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit) is an advantage

Skills

  • Strong candidate sourcing and screening capability

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously

  • Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Structured approach to candidate evaluation and hiring processes

  • Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools and recruitment trackers

  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

Languages

Fluency in English. Working knowledge of Hindi or any regional language is an advantage
