About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Post Production Supervisor to front our post-production function and oversee the successful delivery of high-quality animation and live-action content. The role requires a strong creative eye, excellent project management skills and the ability to supervise a team of editors while ensuring that every piece of content meets the highest storytelling, technical and behaviour change communication standards.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing post-production workflows, leading editing teams and working on animation-led content. Prior experience in the development sector, Behaviour Change Communication (BCC), will be an added advantage.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and supervise a team of editors, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery and continuous skill development.
  • Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow across multiple animation and video projects.
  • Plan project schedules, allocate editing resources and monitor workloads to ensure efficient execution across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Review edits, motion graphics, sound design, colour grading and final outputs to ensure they meet creative, technical standards.
  • Review and supervise all edits to ensure that each piece of content effectively communicates the intended behaviour change message, aligning with project objectives, audience insights, and creative standards.
  • Identify workflow improvements and introduce efficient tools, including AI-assisted post-production solutions, to enhance productivity and quality.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Animation or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in post-production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading post-production teams and managing multiple editors simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows, animation pipelines, storytelling, pacing and visual communication.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong working knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality while managing multiple deadlines.
