Role: Talent Acquisition Intern

Experience: 3-6 Months

Location: Hybrid in Hyderabad, Delhi, or Bengaluru Stipend: 8000/- per month

Duration of Internship: 3 Months ( No PPO)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People & Culture team for a 3-month engagement. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing roles while working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Identify and source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels for open positions across functions.

  • Screening: Conduct initial resume screening and telephonic screening to assess candidate fit against role requirements.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on job requirements, and provide regular pipeline status updates.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate data accurately in the ATS (Zoho Recruit or equivalent) and internal trackers.

  • Offer & Closure Support: Support in offer rollouts, following up with candidates, and driving roles to closure within defined timelines.

  • Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and share periodic updates with the TA team.

  • Employer Branding: Assist in posting job openings on relevant platforms and contribute ideas to improve candidate outreach and engagement.


Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–6 months of prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (internship) is desired.

  • Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles simultaneously

    • Good understanding of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)

    • Ownership mindset and community focused

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Good to Have: Prior hands-on experience with an ATS such as Zoho Recruit or any other applicant tracking system.
