Sourcing: Identify and source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels for open positions across functions.
Screening: Conduct initial resume screening and telephonic screening to assess candidate fit against role requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on job requirements, and provide regular pipeline status updates.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate data accurately in the ATS (Zoho Recruit or equivalent) and internal trackers.
Offer & Closure Support: Support in offer rollouts, following up with candidates, and driving roles to closure within defined timelines.
Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and share periodic updates with the TA team.
Employer Branding: Assist in posting job openings on relevant platforms and contribute ideas to improve candidate outreach and engagement.
