Title: Senior Program Manager - Odisha

Location: Ready to relocate to any district in Odisha, with preference for candidates based in / willing to be deployed in Southern and Western Odisha
Overview -
This position is a mid-senior level full-time position whose principal aim is to help enhance early childhood education in the state. The Senior Program Manager will report to the Program Lead and be responsible for recruiting, supervising, and developing 2-4 statewide program managers.
Of the open positions, two SPM roles will preferably be filled by candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Southern and Western regions of Odisha; candidates from the Coastal region may also be considered, provided they are comfortable being deployed in Southern/Western Odisha based on program requirements.

3. Anganwadi workers and parents increase their skill levels as educators.
4. The new program team comprises high performers devoted to the cause.
Key Activities
1. Assist the government in charting a roadmap for early childhood education in the state.
2. Build strong relationships with the state and district gov't stakeholders.
3. Translate data from the field into insights. Create goals based on those insights, broken down into small, actionable milestones.
4. Hold regular meetings to collaborate with gov't partners, understand their work, and build personal relationships.
5. Be close to the "stakeholders": meet regularly with the children, their parents, Anganwadi workers, and district and block level officials and build relationships.
6. Hire, train, and grow a team of colleagues committed to their learning and ensure communication among team members is frequent and effective.
