About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Post Production Supervisor to front our post-production function and oversee the successful delivery of high-quality animation and live-action content. The role requires a strong creative eye, excellent editing skills, and the ability to translate creative briefs and behaviour change objectives into engaging and impactful video content.

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing post-production workflows, video editing and working on animation led content. Prior experience in the development sector or Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow across multiple animation and video projects.
  • Identify workflow improvements and introduce efficient tools, including AI-assisted post-production solutions, to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Ensure that each edit effectively communicates the intended behaviour change message, aligning with project objectives, audience insights and creative standards.
  • Plan project schedules to ensure efficient execution across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Review edits, motion graphics, sound design, colour grading and final outputs to ensure they meet creative, technical standards.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Animation, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong working knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Prior experience working on animation campaigns, animated series, or digital video campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows, animation pipelines, storytelling, pacing and visual communication.
